No point in crying about cynical fouls when it goes against Abu Dhabi FC and Pep. They've perfected them.

I'm just really so happy to see that stain of a club go another year without winning the one they wanted.

Weirdos in here devastated that Abu Dhabi FC didn't win lol
Hear hear.

They are an obstacle to us getting to our former glories because a nothing yoyo club won the petrodollar lottery.

Great to see them bottle it.

Sometimes it feels like a Man City message board, it's strange really.

Playing Raheem Sterling in a big game is essentially starting the game a man down. I’ve never known a more mentally fragile bottle job in all of football and that includes all of our past and present players.

I wanted them to win it in the hope it will speed them up getting bored with football. Once they've won everything hopefully they will focus on a different project.

...he’s being criticised for changing the formation, but Chelsea were superbly organised and defended with real intensity. To a man, they died for the cause. Two full backs gave Mahrez and Sterling no space at all, Rudiger and Kante were particularly good.

An intense, in your face performance like that would’ve been difficult for City regardless of their line-up. Some criticism is probably valid, but it should not detract from Chelsea, they found a way to win that cup final.

Thats my reading of it really. Chelsea are also a superb team. I said a while back, they will be the closest challengers to City next season. When you put the teams on paper, Chelsea's is very very good but they were hold back by Lampard. This Tuchel guy feels a great fit. If they can add a Kane or an Mbappe they could even overtake City.

I seem to remember Lampard not playing Kante and Rudiger too, which now feels very odd to me.
