It's a different story if a ball is hit at you and it strikes your hand by your sides or whatever, but if you've made an attacking motion with your body towards the ball and your hand makes contact, it is deliberate hand ball.

Thats not in the rules, nor the guidelines used to help define it.

It's an interesting debate whether that should be defined as deliberate handball, but at the moment the rules don't class it as so.

happens in almost every match now, it's sad. barca are the most glaring example but it's in every league and internationals now. contest on who can best con the ref
