Leicester and West Ham effect could have had some influence on the timing of the decision.

Chelsea and Lpool not guaranteed champions league.

Sprurs and Arsenal struggling for Europa.

Juve might miss the CL too, Milan and Inter have done plenty recently so they no what it is like.

Juve also keep losing in the CL to clubs that they probably think don't even have the right to be on the same pitch as them.
