As others have stated, we just need to take it game but game and do as well as we can at picking up as many points in each one as possible. We’ve been very inconsistent, but so have most teams around us. It all boils down to which teams have already peaked, which can avoid injuries and suspensions, and which can string a good run together from now on.

It’s all to play for, that’s for sure!

I’m amazed we’ve got a shot at top 4 this season, but we have! Even the optimist in me isn’t sure whether we’ll be good enough to do what we need to do to get over the line. There always seems to be a Fulham performance lurking around the corner! Can we outrun RS, Chelsea, Spurs etc for the rest of the season?

Im hoping it might be a case of others being worse rather than us proving ourselves good enough. It would be brilliant if a scenario unfolded where Leicester just completely imploded and even United lost a few and all of a sudden we were third or even second just through a few decent results and we were going into the run in with three CL spots up for grabs.

Are we good enough to string a run of 4-5 wins together in a row though, which would keep us in the mix or put us right up there? I’m not sure we’ve got the consistency or the quality. It would be nice to think so, but we’d really need to peak at the right time.

I fancy there’ll be a fair few twists along the way with a few teams dropping points. Including us. The good thing is we’ve put ourselves at the moment in the conversation

What I’m about to ask is part of a totally different conversation than if we’ll finish in the top 4, but it might be relevant for this one too.

It’s a big if, but if we made it, does anybody worry about how we’d actually do in the CL next season?

We've already strung 4 league wins in a row together twice this season. It will definitely go down to the wire let's hope we can get it done in our final home game against Wolves. I wouldn't want to be needing something against City on the last day.

Yes, I’m aware of that. I’m hopeful, rather than confident, we can do it again. Let’s see what happens against West Brom first, and review progress as we go

Absolutely one game at a time but my mind runs away with me. I think if we can just string 2 sets of 3 together either side of it we could actually get away with losing to Chelsea. Who knows what will happen apart from Man City no one stands out so it could be a slice of luck that decides it.

We could conceivably finish 4th or 10th with a few slightly different results in the remaining games... Crazy season.

I went into this season thinking we’re realistically the 8th best team in the league behind RS, City, United, Chelsea, Spurs, Arsenal and Leicester. I was hopeful we might overtake one of them, maybe two at best, if they had below par seasons and we upped our game. Wasn’t expecting it to be as consistently inconsistent as this, though! Its been a crazy one-off season. Am praying we can capitalise on it

Although ive always said our destiny is in our own hands if we hit 20 wins...

With United and Leicester both drawing last night we may start to see 2nd-4th begin opening up...

Also with Spurs/Villa we now have a 4pt gap between 7th and 8th.

WBA / Chelsea / Burnley -- 7 or 9pts and were going to be right up there with 10 to play :)

Our eyes should be fixed on 2nd place not 4th, if we fall short then 4th we will take. Game on.

Without being a party pooper, 3 good results and we cement ourselves in the top 7.

In a 'worst cass' scenario we need to be more attractive to players than at least Spurs and Arsenal.

Massive next 3 games...

Ancelotti will relish the last 10 matches if were hovering around top 4.
