Championship 2024/25

I'll let you off 😆, as long as you just keep eyes on him and not your hands
He is showing very good progression for a championship manager, both across his time with Huddersfield and WBA, his teams defend well and score goals. There is often an argument about managers who can't step up to the PL, I think Carlos can as he is showing each season he can evolve a bit. Good luck anyway, if it keeps up the vultures will come circling soon.

But harsh on Schumacher but that was always the risk going there
He was at a very stable club where he was revered and virtually unusable.

However whether it was a big salary or the thought of moving closer to home he decided to jump ship and given that it was to Stoke , as much a basket case of a club as usual , it seemed at the time a bit strange and now seems a major mistake.

He will be financially well off no doubt and probably get a gig at somewhere like Bolton but unless he performs miracles in his next job I can't see him ever fulfilling his dream of managing Everton.

Just spent 97 minutes watching Plymouth against Blackburn.

Its been ages since I’ve watched a championship game all the way through, I’m astounded at how poor the quality is.

The game has been entertaining but some of the players, Jesus

Just flicking through the channels and seeing Oxford United triggered some vague Panini album related memory of them being a top flight side. After checking they were indeed and won a League Cup as well.

Sadly denied their place in European competition through no fault of their own and never hit those heights since.
