The Flamengo Regatta Club informs that it has reached an agreement for the transfer, on loan, of athlete Carlos Alcaraz to Everton, England. The contract provides for a mandatory purchase clause conditioned on the fulfillment of goals established between the parties.

"The decision to negotiate Alcaraz was made after a detailed analysis, considering both the vision of the coaching staff and the interests of the club. He is a great player, but, within the game model adopted, we understand that he would have few opportunities to play his best football. The negotiation guarantees a good opportunity for the athlete to follow his career with more prominence and, at the same time, respects the club's financial and sports strategy," explained José Boto, Flamengo's Football Director.

The player will not travel with the delegation for next Sunday's match (2), against Botafogo, in a game valid for the Supercopa Rei 2025.

I vaguely remember the name when he was at Southampton but don’t remember the player. This was a big time underrated need with McNeil being injured. Doucoure has been killing our attacks for far too long. Love an out of nowhere transfer too.
