2024/25 Charly Alcaraz

mental alacrity and vision.

The bit I've seen he looks like a jack in the box, ready like a coiled spring to dart about quickly. Get him and Ndiaye on the same wavelength and we'll get our share of decisions eventually.

What was the stat when he was here, Pienaar was the most fouled player in the league? Let's get a wicked strong left footer in LB and watch this side down a few of the rest of the league.

Arteta was the most fouled player in the premier league in 06/07 playing right midfield, and possibly the year after

Doucoure to run like hell for 60 minutes.
Alcaraz to isolate any yellow card carrying defenders subbed on at 60.

Time to use the rules to our benefit for a change.

Where does Ndiaye and Alcaraz play when McNeil is back and fit.
McNeil will be on the bench hopefully in that case.
Very hit and miss player with more miss than hit.
Ndiaye, certainly and Alcarez , possibly are both better options.

I wouldn’t mind seeing him under Moyes though, could be a totally different animal and he certainly has the ability.
Don’t rate him I’m afraid .
Always thought he was average at Burnley .
Occasional flashes of brilliance surrounded by dirge.
He will always be an ‘almost ‘ player, I think.
Never quite living up to the potential he displayed as a young player.
Which is why he ended up at Burnley really .
Seems a nice enough bloke though and I wish him the best of luck ,
