Surprisingly not! The interviewer said 'you must be disappointed to be so near yet so far to a brilliant point', to which he said that "we had the better chances and could have even won the game, with Cech making two world class saves". Even had a big pop at the referee for bottling it and giving Barry a red. Seemed very angry.
keepers seem to have worldies against us. Lloris played well against us...and was bang average vs RS

NONCE.

ITS DEFO SOMEONE'S FAULT.

How dare Everton not enhance my midweek mood. Someone must pay for this.
I think there's very little fume on GOT, Chico. A lot of us can see that a corner has been turned and Everton are coming back. Ok, it's a little late to win the PL (or get a CL spot via top 4), but I am pleasantly surprised to feel the new sense of optimism, of a new dawn. Many members are also forecasting CL entry through our winning the Europa. Such sunny outlook has surprised me. I think as a forum, we are all getting a little mellower and wiser.

And............ so it begins (although it has throughout the match with you TBF)

Sky big 4 decisions yet again. I suppose that will just happen more regularly with the new big money TV deals.

Are our players soft? Or just too honest. Any other player from any other club would have been screaming for a sending off for Ivanivic.

Can't comment much on the match as I didn't see it (I was in my oral communication class listening to people make speeches that I won't care about five minutes after I leave the classroom), but I was checking my phone for updates and I when I saw we made it through halftime without conceding then the 55th, 65th, 75th, 85th minutes I really thought we were going to come away from something.

Then when I saw that Willian scored in the 89th minute of all places, my heart just sunk since we gave it up that close to the end and suddenly that speech the student was making on teen pregnancy just didn't seem that important anymore.

It's been that type of a year.

OK, I might be a little 'blue tinted glasses' with my 35 points, but I genuinely think the corner has been turned and we are starting to see a new Everton emerge. Our run in is relatively easy.
Which ones are easy??
Everton vs Leicester
Arsenal vs Everton
Stoke vs Everton
Everton
vs Newcastle United
Queens Park Rangers vs Everton
Everton
vs Southampton
Swansea vs Everton
Everton
vs Burnley
Everton vs Manchester United
Aston Villa vs Everton
Everton
vs Sunderland
West Ham vs Everton
Everton
vs Tottenham

I think we'll easily beat Leicester, Newcastle, QPR, Burnley Villa, Sunderland. I see closer wins vs Stoke, Southampton, Swansea, Man U and West Ham. I am hoping to get draws against Arsenal and Spurs. Spurs?...I think Pocettino is the best young manager in the league and I say this with no disrespect to Mr Martinez. But Pocettino seems to know how to beat Bobby.
Perhaps I am being a little panglossian in my forecasts. But I just have so much hope and optimism at the moment...and I do not think I am alone. The general tone on this forum has definitely shifted from one of despondency to enthusiastic optimism over the last wee while. I think a lot of us are hoping for a very pleasing final few weeks...perhaps culminating with a big game in Warsaw?
