Bit gutted with the lack of disbelief at the moment but In Martinez we trust and we go again against Young Boys, let's hope for a positive result there. P.s. what did Roberto say in his press conference? The usual?

Behave yourself you before I tickle you.

Thought we did most things right tonight. A bit sloppy in possession and Nais incredibly wasteful, but the loss is a bit of kick in the bollocks. Still relatively proud though.

For all Naismith's hard work and popping up with a goal here and there (I do like him), he lacks the class we need. He's so frustrating. A moment in the first half when he was breaking down the middle, he had someone available to his left I believe but opted to give it to Lukaku just ahead of him who was marked by two or three players. Obviously Lukaku lost it. Makes some awful, awful decisions and gives the ball away too cheaply.

As I say, I like him but, he doesn't deserve to be starting on recent form for me. And for the millionth time: Barkley and Naismith together - it doesn't work.

Unlucky to lose as we had the better chances, Cech made two world class saves, proud of the teams performance, team showed fight and are looking forward to the next game etc etc.

Cant disagree with any of that really.

Surprisingly not! The interviewer said 'you must be disappointed to be so near yet so far to a brilliant point', to which he said that "we had the better chances and could have even won the game, with Cech making two world class saves". Even had a big pop at the referee for bottling it and giving Barry a red. Seemed very angry.

So we can only manage 27 points from 25 games & you think we can get 35 points from 13 remaining games
OK, I might be a little 'blue tinted glasses' with my 35 points, but I genuinely think the corner has been turned and we are starting to see a new Everton emerge. Our run in is relatively easy.
