haha - forgive me. I work in an organisation that's headless chickens for the main part, with lots of negativity flying around.
It's my job to identify achievable steps that improve things.
As likely a reality of survival is of course not surviving, in which case our squad quickly looks different and we come back up in something like 3-5 seasons with a better squad mix of youth and local talent.
But if we CAN stay up - I actually think we've moved quite well along that issue of squad mix already - and it's coaching and concentration needed in defence and OF COURSE a decent forward which for the love of god escapes me how that wasn't a priority at season start. If we fix that in the next two weeks we've a healthy chance of staying up.
