Quick question, is salt and pepper meals actually Chinese or are they fake Chinese? How many meals actually are really Chinese and are just chippy meals you think are Chinese?

In the crispy chilli beef club myself - something addictive added to it I'm sure. Every time I go to order something else I fail and always order this. With salt and pepper wings for starters
