I cant stand Newcastle and dont have any respect for them at all and theyre record with managers is beyond belief by anyones standards but its usually the fans that get them the push. This time I cant believe how stupid Ashley is just as he was starting to get some of them fickle supporters behind him. Another step in the wrong direction and a big mistake. Lets hope they end up going back down where they came from.
 

I used to just laugh at them but when I saw them beat us they looked like a different team. Disiplined and hard working and said to myself there is no way this team is going down and that was before the final whistle. When was the last time a NUFC squad held on to a 1-0 lead like that? That was Haughton.

I want to laugh at them again but now I just feel sorry for them. No one deserves Cashley as their chairman. Beware of English owners.

The fact Ashley is english is incidental. He's just a clueless ****** when it comes to football.

We were awful that game against Newcastle and they fully deserved to win. Hughton seemed to have brought in pace and technical ability, They could defend and more than anything they won the individual battles all over the pitch.

Hughton fashioned them into a hungry professional side. Will they revert to their previous state? Quite possibly. They have lost their figurehead.

I've already put a cheeky bet on them getting relegated. Not going to happen really, they are probably too strong and there are worse sides but a good bet as a long shot.

5-1 Sunderland
6-0 Aston Villa.

I'd kill for some of those results.
The guy obviously doesn't have the top-end experience that most managers have, however this is a very stupid decision, and one you have to feel sorry for Houghton about.

Yeah, but the solution apparently is Alan Pardew... a man who has had one full seasons worth of Premier League experience, along with a relegation with Charlton!

And he's just been sacked by Southampton, those giants of English football who deemed him not good enough to be their coach xD

Really, really bizarre. It's like Ashley wants them to go down.

I think that's what they're most upset about - they didn't even have time to get pointlessly annoyed at him. That's like the whole point of being a Newcastle fan - seeking enjoyment in complaining about the manager not winning the league within two years whilst not wearing a shirt.
