Yup, always praising God when the win/score/ play well. I notice they never mention their God when they play a stinker, miss a sitter or get knocked out of the Cup to lower league opponents. Fair weather followers the lot of them, proper Kopite that.
 
We've been desperately short of a winger this season so lets hope his confidence is up and he shows us what he can do for the rest of the season. I thought he made a decent start v Krasnodor before he got injured.
 

It's been pretty well documented he has a buyout clause, despite getting bugger all game time he has always talked well about us, if he did become proper top class we'd have no problems signing him.

There was a reason Chelsea signed him, he was player of the the season at Vitesse last season and was the best player at the AFCON. He has shown that he can play he just needs to prove he can do it at the very top level.

I'd like to see him start tonight any I hope he does really well!

What's the buyout clause?
 
He looked poor against wolfsburg away but at least he adds pace.

He obviously played well in Africa so he would be my starter ahead of Naismith, for example. With Miralles on the other flank.

a total of somewhere in the region of 270 minutes with 10 mins here 5 mins there does amount to a fair amount of game time. he got dragged off at half time against krasnodar because we barely gave him the ball. the one time he did get it and had the oppotunity he ran about 40/50 yards with it an unfortunately picked thr wrong pass. hardly worthy of being scapegoated for. also times he was on bench with no wingers on pitch, system not working and martinez didnt trust him enough to give him a go an see if he cud make an impact. once or twice he was actually left out of the squad when available.

I stand by my original assertion that he hasnt had a fair chance. how is he supposed to show his worth without a reasonable amount of minutes on the pitch.
 
Cba with nurturing him in to the first team. He's shown nothing of note for us. Lennon looks a much better player so should get any time Atsu would. Bobby doesn't seem to play two wingers so we have Mirallas and Lennon for one position for the most part. Atsu can go back to Chelsea and we can buy Lennon at the end of the season after showing him he's wanted here and will get game time.
