Big old Christmas feast with Turkey, Beef and Gammon

Salmon and other fixins, due to my current dietary restrictions. At least as far as I know. We always have a Scandi Xmas and open on Xmas Eve PM on my side of the fam and it's not at our place so we're not cooking, just bringing wine and dessert.

Turkey, beef, gammon, and the assorted veg. Just give me a plate of pigs in blankets and I'm a happy man.

We're having soup and prawn cocktail for starter..
Salmon cut beef and chicken with all the trimmings.
Apple pie and ice cream to finish.
I'm the only one that likes turkey so I only get it at my works Christmas do.

Going to my gf's parents which are Portuguese/Angolan so it means the person doing the starter will turn up 6 hours late, no one will care apart from the two English people there but we've got to just play it cool and not look like annoying English people. It will also mean we have drank a lot on an empty stomach

We've done Christmas Dinner today because daughter is working tomorrow. We had prawn cocktail starter ,turkey and ham, loads of veg and cauliflower cheese. Raspberry roulade for pud.
