Yo Jim.Buy a kilt and a Jimmy hat to fit in with the locals
Hello Carlos. Have you been to Scotland before?Yo Jim.
Never mate would love to like.Hello Carlos. Have you been to Scotland before?
Went 3 weeks ago brilliant but nackering trying to fit everything in. If you go the castle which is amazing you have to book a slot in advance. Walk down the Royal Mile to Hollyrood Palace great also .if you come out the castle head down steps they'res a bit of a square with some nice Italian restaurants... britania ship is further down but don't try a walk go in car imo. Enjoy history is amazingI’m going for a long weekend next week for the first time and wondering if anyone has any tips for things to do or places to eat and drink. Going in completely blind so could do with some guidance.

Jenners was great but is now closed. Although that store was doing ok it was part of the House of Fraser that Mike Ashley crashed and burned. There is, or was, a fantastic Italian on a corner of Princes Street.
After that, the is, or was, a rather accomodating strip bar on Lothian Road.
And the pub kinda under the Inverness Cally Thistle hotel have footie on.
Oh, I see you are with the wife. Soz like. The shopping at a Dept Store at the Waverly end of Princess Street is epic. Forgot its name. Jenners or sommet like that.
Sadly haven’t lived der.
Good evening anton. If you’re away for the weekend then a walk up Arthur’s seat is a must. Fantastic views of the City and beyond. You can’t go wrong with the sightseeing and bars around the Royal Mile and the grass market. George st. for more upmarket bars and down Leith walk for more local bars. Buses are cheap so you can get around very easily.
