That's that then, the scum have their tainted league title

Disagree.

The vast financial powers that is the Premier League will beg to differ.
Regardless of what happens that means they're relegating Villa, Norwich and Bournemouth.

They'd be absolutely crucified in a tribunal if Bournemouth and Villa go down. Bournemouth level on points with West Ham and Watford, with 10 to go. Villa have a game in hand which if they won, would see Watford int he relegation zone.
Relegation to Ligue 2, for clubs is worth significantly less. Not that i enjoy quoting the Mail, but Huddersfield supposedly earned more money for being dreadful last season, than PSG who regularly runaway with the title.

My stance is i'd prefer a restart from scratch as it's the only fair way to do it. For Liverpool, it'd be sickening, imagine it happened to Everton? You'd be distraught, but you can't restart. It's peoples lives we're talking about.

God I hope you're right, i'm preparing for the worst, anything else is a bonus

.
Sickening?? Distraught if it happened to Everton? Not sur how old you are? As I've said to the moaning RS in work. If it is declared null and void now you will know how we felt in 1985 when through no fault of our own we were denied entry into the champions League because some other teams fans?? Were responsible for killing 39 Italians. Wow the crying from them when I said that I just laughed. But you just know as a blue it won't be declared null and void even though I do 10 hail Mary's and 5 Our Father's every day wishing it is voided

Not old enough.

If the season is incomplete, either null/void grow a pair RS there's more important things, and those in the bottom 5, count yourselves lucky.

However if they eventually plan this restart there's a lot to consider.
What happens when someone involved shows symptoms or tests positive? Is that team kicked out the league? But then some teams will lose matches or get an automatic win.... a bit unfair and unprofessional. Or is the whole season scrapped, and you've just wasted more money trying to start all again because of money.
How do they expect to stop fans gathering/traveling? Surely as soon as there's a sign of any fans not following the guidelines of social distancing and isolation, the government, need to step in, go to the source of the problem, and stop the league? But our government is weak and don't have the balls to do so, and have already made so many mistakes.

Surely there will be a lose because of TV rights. If all games are free to view. If on Sky and BT, paying customers will expect refunds, losing money for TV companies, and the prem will have to refund as the exclusivness of having the deal isn't worth as much. Or if it goes to BBC/ITV, the same scenario, customers want there money back, as do Sky and BT.

This is a huge chance for anyone that cares about football working in the Prem/FA, to stop making it a business, and make it about football again. Cap player wages, financial fair play, make it about the game again not whose got the biggest pockets.

We can only hope so. Fingers crossed.

Is it true that Ireland are going to start letting fans and the general public back into sporting events from August?

Nope

Some larger gatherings will be allowed from 10th August but I can’t see that being major sporting events.

For GAA they are thinking of October/November at best.

Haven't read all the guidelines, but my understanding was that larger gatherings meant something like 150 people at a wedding do or a couple of hundred in a church, maybe even a thousand spaced out at a match. But not 30 thousand at a game.

I could be completely wrong though. But I didnt think it meant full stadiums in the middle of august
