Visited all these high street coffee shops (costa, Starbucks etc) and I am 100% convinced a McDonald’s white coffee is better and costs 3x less.

What coffee brewing kit do you hipster coffee aficionados use that’s so much better than a kettle & instant?
I manage to get by with;
Peak water filter
Stagg EKG kettle
Wilfa SVART grinder
Hario scales
Chemex / V60 (depending on qty)
Bleached filters.
Typically brew 30g to 500ml over approx 4mins. 40ish second bloom

Aeropress for me at work/travel/camping.

Chemex (6 and 3 cup with chemex filters) at home.

Non branded digital kitchen scale and a goose neck kettle for the pour.

Before this indulgence I was an Nescafé Azera americano slave, after this if the milks not frothy in my cappuccino there will be hell to pay.
