@riddick thanks for trying to make me feel better but did I mention I'm also a Panthers fan. All my teams are just nothing but rubbish this season. I wonder if I also did something horrible in my previous life to deserve this fate.

The Bears were, at the time, I think one the best team in football and playing the Panthers at home as they had a bye in the NFC Divisional game. Steve fn Smith had about 180 yards receiving that day and just eviscerated the Bears.

I looked it up, they lost in the NFC Championship game. Always had a ton of respect for Smith, guy was tiny, jacked, beyond rapid and was a TOP WR for about 7 years.
