Work is good. I start getting tired in the afternoon since I just laid around for 3 months and I walk a lot at work. ::shakes head::.

But I am happy to be back though. Gym has been fun though, but I lost a lot of strength. I missed it so much.
 
I see you have learned in no time how to walk and post here at the same time ;)

I'm sure in no time you will regain your full strength again. I can't wait to get my new weights so I can also regain some of the muscle that I have lost since I stopped going to the gym back in March

Awe, thanks. But I am working out, almost every day just not at the gym. I am actually proud of myself for keeping up with a routine at home after all these months. It takes a lot more motivation to exercise at home on your own but I push myself to do so because exercising keeps my mind healthy specially with so much there is to worry.

Kind of crazy that the Chilean football federation is not opposed to the idea but I'm happy for Colombia and for us lol

Cuadrado is truly on fire. I read that he is the footballer with more assist in Serie A. So glad he is making us proud along with other Colombian players. Now let's hope James also shines this weekend against Chelsea.
