Computer games.

Will I like RDR2 given I played the first one for about an hour when it came out and then couldn't be arsed?

It's class mate. I got absolutely absorbed into the story and world. I was in getting my characters hair cut every few days and keeping him sharp. Seriously though, probably one of - if not the absolute - best story-driven games i've ever played. Much more to it than RDR1.

It's probably unlikely.. lol lol

Fair enough, the story is what I'd be playing it for. Be arsed doing all the mind-numbing open world stuff. Might be worth a go for 20-odd quid.

Again. The story line is ok. Not something I get immersed in particularly. I just find it very playable! I like saving the game then going on a mad killing spree killing a while town! Then just reload the game and reset.. , lol

I actually think story wise it's up there with The Last of Us as the best i've played on console. As I said, got absolutely immersed within it all. Because it's really long it does a lull around midway-point, but worth hanging in there cause the final chapter is absolutely outstanding.

I'm not sure it will be for you then. There is a long prologue which is pretty mind-numbing. And when you finally get into the game after about an hour you will spend roughly half your time travelling miles on your horse. There is a very limited fast travel system and it takes you a good while to unlock it.

It's an amazing game in a lot of ways but my god is it a grind.
