'Inside' is one of my favorite games of recent years. For those of you who have never played it, don't look it up, just go and play it blind. It's only about 3 hours long. Thank me later!

Darkest Dungeon also excellent, although you need the patience of a saint to play it. I keep promising myself that I'll reinstall and and finish it one day, but I haven't quite worked up the fortitude to do so yet

No chance, you're talking an RTX2080 build with an eight core AMD CPU.
The CPU is ok but the GPU is the work horse.
That's what you get for consoles though isn't it, they sell the hardware at a loss and make back in the games.
My PC craps all over my PS5 but it cost a butt ton more to build so the trade off is very small.
Love my PS5, great machine, it will be used for exclusives though, same as my PS4, for everything else it's PC.

According to hubby “no, not even close. Would cost at least $1000 and no way of replacing the dual sense controller”. He does work for Playstation though so has skin in the game

Nope. Consider that consoles are sold at a big loss (Sony/Microsoft make that back on game sales).
For comparable performance you're probably looking at well over £1000, at least.
