Computer games.

To be fair, I thought 'Fallen Order' was great. If they could do something in that style only more open world, I'd be happy!
I thought Fallen Order was great too. In fairness to EA they didn't do a bad job with any of the games in this recent deal. I didn't play a huge amount of Battlefront but the mechanics seemed good and they both looked great. Obviously they made a terrible decision on the loot boxes and the like at the release of BF 2 but I think they rectified that didn't they? Squadrons is good fun too.

I will however always be upset with EA that they never finished the Amy Hennig Star Wars game though. I love the Uncharted games so I was so excited at the thought of one of them set in the Star Wars universe.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild

Wow, how good is that game! Got the kiddos a switch with MarioKart 8 over the festive period and added Zelda a few weeks ago. Starting playing it myself over the weekend and now the kids are upset I'm sneaking off quietly with the switch to play it myself too often.
Loved every minute of the many hours I lost on that in the initial March lockdown. I’m a massive Zelda fan anyway and was a bit worried as it was a big change from the more traditional linear dungeons etc but it didn’t disappoint.

£500 maybe, ive heard from people id need to spend like a grand but i dont really need a top gaming laptop do i? all i use my current 1 for is football manager and sending invoices.

Well no you don't; recommended settings for Football Manager 2021 is:

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 FX-51
Graphics card: AMD GeForce 9600M GT
Memory: 4 GB RAM

Even this 200 pound laptop from Argos meets the recommended settings.

Anything with an i5 proccessor and 8gb should suit your needs for a new laptop, because then it would at least last a few years.

I wouldn't scoff at a refurbished laptop either, maybe something from CEX since they come with 2 years warranty. I got a refurbished laptop back in 2014, cost £270, i5 proccessor, 8gb of ram. Still going strong. Infact I'm surprised it's still better than new laptops that still cost the same price or more.

Also, I play Football Manager on my phone.

Star Wars Battlefront 2: Celebration Edition is currently FREE at Epic Games until Jan 21st. Few days ago it was £34.99.

Anyone know of any other sites that just randomly give away free games?

Epic gave away like 10 games over Christmas.

Maybe not free games, but humble bundle do a 'name your own price' deal on different sets of games often.

Been super stressed over past couple weeks with Uni, so decided its time for some escapism through clicking. Old School Runescape.

They do a free game every week. Always worth checking them weekly, I think it changes at 4pm on Thursdays.
Got a huge library of decent/good games on Epic now, only about 3 I actually paid for.

No way you should be spending a grand.
