Nice! How do you get on with the Charlie pedals? I will pull the trigger on a Alpha and Bravo in April and I'm considering them to complete the set, although I am leaning towards Winwing's Orion rudders at the mo. If my overtime comes in I may get the Winwing hotas at the same time.

Is there any cheap wonder kids to look out for emerging in your 4th season of football manager.. can anyone give names.

Only occurred to me to ask people. Scouting is hard in it

After 4 seasons you're best off looking for yourself - all the wonderkids at the start of the game won't be kids anymore :lol:

Either manually go through bigger markets (South America overall, European and Eastern European teams with good academies) or send scouts to look for players under 20 with 4* potential ability.

K ill have to learn to do that. Too much going on in the game have wrexham I championship mind

Yeah using the scouting takes a while but is worth it I find. Occasionally in the Americas and Eastern Europe you'd have great/potentially great players with a 5m release clause or something.

Check what Pinyaev is doing also, he's an often overlooked talent, if you have him obvs. Great winger/attacking mid for me.

Some might be like 20 or 21 and haven't fulfilled potential. And I cN resurrect them. For a cheap fee... probably not how it works ay?

To be honest in FM this is exactly how it works for the most part. Decent stats players can develop exceptionally well if you give them good playing time, well beyond what they'd achieve in real life.

Nya Kirby, for example, always develops well for a L1/Championship team and is always released within the 1st season by Palace. I remember the name at this point because I've used him as a cheat code/jack of all trades midfielder in several saves across the last 3 FM's :lol:

Ill see can I get either of them 2 then. My first rodeo since th LMA days... wouldn't mind bit of music in the game. Some cutscenes.. maybe being ambitious

Had a 9.5m release clause from Russia on my save, but in 24/25. Great player for that amount.

Germany's a good place to scout as well as they have no national team so most of the players are slightly cheaper, or if you get them you can offer less upfront and an "international appearances bonus", which will obviously never happen.

Also look out for loans for players like this while in the Championship, or try to get 'em in like that. It sometimes gets you some brilliant players for nothing!

So offer a international bonus and you can low ball. K noted
