That was me. I played it as an action RPG. You can turn the turn-based thing off and combat in real-time. Thrilling!

I like turn based, means I can chill n don't have to concentrate so much.
I hated Bioware for ages (well about three or four years) because they jibbed off Knights of the Old Republic - which as you said was at least the equal of the original films - in favour of developing some nonsense called Mass Effect. Obviously once Mass Effect was released they were forgiven, but it was still very annoying for a while there. KOTOR 2 is horrible though, and the less said about The Old Republic MMO the better.
I can dig that. I like time to chill and think in puzzle games. Hate having a timer there.
But for KOTOR I was so immersed in the story I wanted realism, so changed it. Did it for the Final Fantasy games too. Makes it harder and more intense, and you make more mistakes...but adds to the drama!
Didn't play KOTOR II and don't like MMO games.
Can you recommend Mass Effect then for someone who loved KOTOR and also enjoys epic sci-fi? I played a demo of Mass Effect 3 and the constant shooting of goons put me off. Don't wanna play a shoot-em-up.
wish they would just hurry up and put planetside 2 on ps4 FFS!
CANT WAIT.
What's that about mate?
MMO mate 1000's playing at once online and free not even a ps+ needed.

Looks decent that. But sadly something I'd be utterly awful at.
Can't really argue at that price. That EA access just came out on xbox one. Just bought it. You get battlefield 4, peggle 2, FIFA 14 and NFL 25 for £3.99. Well worth that for 4 Xbox one games even if you just fancy playing fifa for a few weeks. It's a subscription so you can only play when you pay the £3.99 a month but your achievements and save games are still playable if you stop subscribing but buy the disk. It's in the apps section of Xbox one.
