Credit for taking an unpopular stance mate

Just wanted to give some props before everyone else dives in with abuse

Looking at it objectively, he's not the worst choice

Subjectively though, it would be a bloody nightmare, for all involved

Our fans aren't mature enough to make it work and he's not got the required people skills to make it work either

I agree their may be some outrage at the beginning but if we start off well it woukld soon be forgotton we have signed former playeras so what is the difference?

If Benitez came to Everton, the worst thing we could do is to strongly object. That would play right into the hands of the KKKult. We should treat him like a big cuddly bear. :D

He won't be coming to us any time soon so it's all a bit 'academic'. :) x

With fergie moving upstairs anyone who doesn't think moyes is a serious candidate is kidding themselves. Everything about moyes is right for utd apart from his experience in Europe and winning trophies. With his pal fergie upstairs offering a helping hand along the way initially it would offer continuity that utd will be after.

The better squad/team we have had over the years the more attacking moyes has played. The worse squads he has had more defensive. I see no reason he wouldn't adapt himself to world class players!

If he goes I think he will suprise a lot on here to what he's actually capable of with the right tools.

I'm dreading him leaving tbh.

I'm actually happy for Moyes as it's a big job

However, that happiness will only remain if he leaves here with dignity (i.e. not stealing half the squad and taking them with him)

If he just goes, then I'll wish him well. If he takes Baines, Jags, Coleman, Kennedy and Barkley with him, then he'll forever be a back stabbing Judas to me

I don't think many managers really do sign lots of players from former clubs, maybe the odd one. Brenda went back to Swansea for Joe Allen.

I'm also not convinced that the champions of England would feel the need to nick half of the squad of the team in 6th place to be honest

european experience and no trophies are a massive reason not to take him and somehow I don't think Moyes would appreciate a helping hand.
