On a side note, I've always believed that the law should be changed so that once you own more than 2 houses, you are classed as a corporation and pay tax like one. would certainly make investors think twice about buying up property and kicking tenants out if their homes.

Id buy houses through a limited company. Better to manage properly tbh..
