Woodrow Wilson oversaw it's vile genesis. The same cumstain who facilitated the 18th Amendment (aka prohibition), and the US military industrial complex (via their 'better late than never' WWI appearance.). Like most US presidents, he was a shill for the Rothschild spawned banksters that polluted everything then...and continue to poisonously effluvium.
I have intimate(as in day-to-day) knowledge of the NY Fed trading desk...I know the Federal Reserve Bank like few others....they are NOT your ally.

Strangely, people in the UK think of the Bank of England as a public asset and it works much the same way as the Federal Reserve. The Jekyll Island 'meeting' is a greater and truer example of 'conspiracy' than most stuff on these pages.
 
Postscript: so many structural-grammar mavens have besieged me over my deploying 'effluvium' as a verb. Strictly speaking, they are correct. My side of the story? 'to effluvium' is to stink the joint out with extreme rancour. Which is what the perfidious elite have done to the ingenuous proles for waaaaay too long

I always thought of the EU as a glorified ponzi scheme, adding members not usually considered 'European', a bit like the Eurovision song contest :)
 
JFK was killed by JFK returning from the future to correct the timeline allowing the airport to become JFK airport.

*This may be how it panned in Red Dwarf but I have taken it as fact.

Funniest thing about the word conspiracy is that the word exists at all. Why have a word describing something that has never happened in the history of mankind? Because all the clever people know is that there has never once been an occasion were two or more people collude to make any particular event happen without the truth ever coming out.
Basically in today's world if your opinion on any subject differs from what the masses are fed through mainstream media and the education system, you are regarded as a foolish, gullible yet slightly amusing and potentially dangerous weirdo.
Makes you sick doesn't it. lol
