Scrambled eggs : pan of simmering water and put waterproof bowl on top. Lightly whisk eggs and put in bowl. Gently mix eggs occasionally, takes about five minutes. Add knob of butter and season just before they are done.

Agree, my missus makes hers in the microwave and is adamant its as good as on the hob. She is of course wrong and is banned from the kitchen.

Butter melted in the pan eggs, milk and seasoning beaten lightly in a bowl, pour into pan and over a medium to low heat, stir gently with something like a silicon spatula. keep stirring frequently , always works for me , silky and creamy hmmmmmm

perfect easy scrambled eggs.

Crack eggs into a microwave proof dish
Add milk, more than you need, very important this, dont flood it completely, just add the normal amount, and add like a spash or two more.
Add salt and pepper.
Add a generous amount of butter
Whisk altogether until egg is ready.
Microwave until egg is done
Drain excess milk/juice/butter from egg
And enjoy

As nice as any egg you will make with a pan, the secret is letting the egg cook in the milk rather than simply with heat or oil.
Just as easy to do it in a pan

No.

  1. Crack two eggs into a bowl. Do not even think about whisking them, you child.
  2. Add some butter to a saute pan and melt on a medium/high heat.
  3. Once the butter has melted, add the eggs to the pan and scramble then.
  4. Control the heat by removing the pan from the heat occasionally, ensuring you keep stirring the eggs together.
  5. Once the butter has integrated into the egg, add a splash of milk - incorporating it into the egg equally.
  6. Cook for a further few minutes.
  7. Once finished, add salt and pepper. Serve on thick toasted bread.

Dont know if ive already posted this cba checking, to test if an egg is bad, give it a gentle shake in one hand and if it feels like its sloshing about its bad. Dont go ott shaking it though cos obviously you'll break the yolk
