Could Everton's second XI survive the premier league

LOL @ Kone being considered first team over Ste Nasty.

I like Naismith even when everyone hated him i just thought he was a good player playing poorly on low confidence, I did it cause i don't think osman would start in martinez's side, naismith would be CAM and he rates kone so would play him striker but I can't put Osman as the second choice striker to make it an everton second 11 as he has never played there. AND imagine osman as striker...

Kone is going to prove some GOT members footballing punditry, less knowledgeably resonant than a 1000 tone deaf pigs squealing the back catalogue of One Direction.

It'd struggle and would be in the relegation fight but I reckon that team would survive. Probably finish between 14th and 17th. Without the guile provided by Osman I suspect they'd get relegated though.

Its not a case of proving anything.

Kone so far has been quite possibly the worst number 9 in the entire history of Everton Football Club.

Really?

Your myopia does you no favours

I judge players how I see them, if thats myopic, then so be it, if Kone was 20 years old and it was his first season in the league I would be forgiving, but hes not and its not, I watched him at times for Wigan last season, I watched him in pre-season for us, I watched him stink out Goodison for 120 minutes against a League One team.

So based on all that, I think hes terrible.

I also watched Naismith stink out the league for around 6months or so, then suddenly he came alive and became an actual useful player, if Kone does the same, it doesnt mean I was wrong, it simply means he improved.

I think that team would be on the edge of survival. Could go either way by a tight margin. Probably tip towards relegation.

I think a fairer second string would be to take out Ledson and replace with Ossie in the middle, next to Gibbo. Naisy playing behind Kone. This team would have enough to survive. Ramadan excluded

It means that you will have a bob each way...that you will have your cake and eat it....

if i did that there would only be 10 players on the second 11 so i can't, i'm being inconsistent as it is putting barry in the squad

Nah, to be fair to goat, Kone has looked crap for us. I personally think we are just gonna have to wait and see what he does in the upcoming season before he can be fairly judged, but make no mistake, it's make or break time for Kone at Everton next season. I'm sure goat would be delighted if Kone plays a big part (even if only as a squad player) for us next season.

Howard
(Robles)
Coleman Distin Jagielka Baines
(Hibbert, Alcaraz, Stones, Garbutt)
Mccarthy Barry
(Gibson, Ledson)
Mirallas Barkley Pienaar
(Mcgeady, Osman, Oviedo)
Kone
(Naismith)
all a technicality so don't take to seriously but providing that 11 could remain uninjured for the 38 games would it be good enough to survive relegation in the premier league?

I also acknowledge Oviedo is out of position and naismith has been playing behind the striker

Would Gibson be fit
