It's one of the few countries in the world where it's a relative advantage to be from America, when visiting.
I'm not so sure. Americans bring the dollar bills and are targeted for alot of buisness. They generally lap up anything Irish related and especially troubles related. Used to be able to sell American tourists used plastic bullets for £20 - £30.
 
I was born in Ireland so I have an Irish passport.
My mum would never accept the words Eire or Southern Ireland , my great uncle was heavily involved in the Easter uprising and was against the treaty.He was also involved in Irish politics for thirty years.
I am currently reading a book about his life called "Frank Fahy Revolutionary and public servant"
 

I see you’ve been to Temple Bar.
Haha no mate only been there twice i prefer being away from there, although both times i went was a cracking night out.
There's a great atmosphere in almost every pub/bar you go to.
