I'm curious about why a defeat in the quarter final away at a Premier league side could possibly be worse that a 3-0 defeat at home to Tranmere Rovers in 2001?

More like 5 years!!, if he on 64 grand a week he will probably pick up 34 after tax, NI and pension deductions so 34 x 4 = so 136 grand a month, he picks up more in a week than I do in 3 years.

Anybody found out when we lost an fa cup tie by 4 clear goals ? The worst I can remember is 4-1 to Arsenal (2014) and Chelsea in a 4th rnd replay (2006).

I just cannot see us staying up. For all those optimists out there and there seems to be plenty of them. Why? Look at who we've been beaten by, home and away quite easily, so why the optimism. I can't see us beating Burnley or Watford to be honest and as for the other fixtures. My god!

Very disappointing, but at least there weren't any points at stake today... after the Brentford win a couple of rounds back, I'd have much preferred the 3 points - so it goes. No point being in any cup unless you end up winning it. The main worry is morale taking yet another battering. The only silver lining is we can now concentrate fully on digging ourselves out of the hole we're in. If we can bring the attitude and effort we had pre-Townsend's injury to our league games, it will give us a much better chance.
