Our central midfield needs work. Thiers can receive the ball under pressure, keep it and move forward. Ours can receive the ball under no pressure and play it right back to the defender that played it, or alternatively a different defender.

He has no ability to manipulate the ball or his body position so every team knows to press him extremely hard every time the ball goes to him. If had any ability to knock it past players they wouldn't be able to press him so hard and he would have more time to control and pick a pass.
