Disagree with you here again. If anyone needs to learn about tactics, it’s Dyche, not Patterson. Dyche had the team playing with no midfield screen for the defence at the start of the season. That’s why Patterson and others, including Tarkowski looked poor. Because they were left with no midfield support.

Eze is a problem. For both us and Palace mind. Could have been booked 3 times (2 for simulation) and that foul in the middle of the pitch. But when he gets central he is really dangerous. Have to find a way to protect Branthwaite and Tarkowski from him getting a free run at them. That is the difference right now. Take him out of the equation.

Miliyenko refuses to put th ball in the box or play the ball forward, McNeil has no right foot, I didn’t even realise Onanna was playing and the less said about young the better.

We literally cannot string 3 passes together unless it’s toward Pickford.

Garner would not go down there on the edge of the box unless if he was fouled. That was woeful from the ref to miss that and it would have been a red for their best player too. If that was eze against Liverpool there is no way that's not given
