They won't overturn the goal difference if City win both of their games (which is probably the most likely scenario in which GD will matter)

City have an extra game to play so unless they win 1-0 and 1-0 and Liverpool win 9-0 today and 3+ nil against Newcastle, it's not going to matter.
 
Lads, goal difference isn't an issue.

Because it only comes down to goal difference if them and City win all their games...

Which means it's -6 at the moment, but for City to win their games in hand it becomes at least -7, likely more, then with both teams winning their final game will the RS score 5 more than City? :lol:

But why though....

City will just lash a few past Villa, its fine.

You don't think the Etihad will be bouncing in midweek ? After the defeat to these the other week, the writing was on the wall. The performance against Sunderland proved it too. They have somehow been allowed back into this race and have been given a second chance.

They are against Newcastle at home. Tbh that game they could be in double figures
