That's the biggest pile of absolute shiite I think ive ever read on here and I read what Tom Hughes posts.Sorry mate.. I think Benitez never really got the chance to form any sort of Legacy with the Chinese Club... he took over and they were tenth and by the end of season they finished ninth..
They brought him over to manage the Club because of his past reputation and were looking at maybe turning the club into one of the main Chinese Clubs.. Benitez was supposed to lay the foundations if you like.
I think from what I know the Corona Virus has a massive effect on all this when it hit.. Benitez was going backwards and forwards between China and Merseyside to be with his Family and this made the situation very difficult..
I think Rondon was a decent enough player for the team and going from what I have read managers of these Chinese teams hardly last half a dozen games So Benitez did amazingly well to last that long.
The money Benitez could of made staying in China or even takin* one or two jobs here in this country.. to me sounds like money is never his motivation.. he likes to oversee a project and that’s why Everton appealed to him so much.. a chance to wake up a sleeping giant.. a club which has been dormant for far too long and one which has drifted for close on thirty years.. if anybody wants to know how badly Benitez wanted the Everton job they only had to look at how many times he was prepared to be interviewed.. no managers would put up with that but he did...
If you look at the size of the job he needs to do. The money it’s going to take and finally the time it’s going to take.. maybe sensible fans will be a bit more understanding and lay off him for a bit...
Congratulations Aldo lad
