Not quite.

The drawings were ok, but the detail he showed was the interesting bit. As in it wasnt just a pretty picture, but stuff about screens, one stand, commercial seats etc.

IIRC we never had any of that stuff in the KD saga.

I'm still utterly skeptical that we'll see a new stadium but that's just because I've had years of conditioning by Everton to fear disappointment. On the whole, this looks alright and not completely soulless so I'm happy enough, plus I'm a big advocate of safe standing so that's nice. Fingers crossed.
