Something that I don't like is that wheelchair users seem to be provided for, predominately, in the corners of the stadium. The corners are usually the least desirable seats in a stadium because they have the poorest view. It looks like there could be limited positions for wheelchair users throughout the rest of the ground? It's not really clear from what we have seen. But the focus seems to be put wheelchairs users in the corners of the stadium which is really not acceptable in this day and age.

Did you notice if there were any mother and baby spaces on the plans mate?

If you actually look at the designs mate you will see lots of spaces for wheelchair users. One of the areas is the entire length of the main stands... look a bit harder.

And from what I can see, if the pitch is sunk down, a lot of the spaces will be level with the entrances just like Wembley.

A match going son of a wheel chair user said the exact opposite! Devil in the detail, as ever.

Compared to Goodison, and other ageing stadia, it will no doubt be a massive improvement! Still doesn't mean that it's good enough by modern day standards.

Closer to the pitch and significantly steeper than Dortmund’s home end? Wow.

I ask this so I know where this is coming from.. and not to offend. But do you use a wheelchair or go to the match with someone who uses one?

Yes, I did notice. As I said, it looks as though positions are available throughout the stadium, but the focus seems to be on putting those less abled in the corners.
