I wonder how tempted the male weightlifters/discus/shotputters/boxers who are ranked 5 to 10 in the world to 'transition' to win an Olympic medal? I mean standing 6ft 7, weighing over 300 pounds and having the benefits of being a man for 30 years shouldn't really come in to it.
