.....drink impairs driving ability and judgement. Whether he was drunk or not if he's over the limit he's committed an offence. I agree that we need to know the detail but if he has also left the scene after hitting somebody on a bike it really is a sad reflection on him.

To be honest knocking someone off there bike and driving off is indefensible but you cant blame him for bumping into one of those petrol pumps they put them right in the middle of the forecourt why they cant put them out of the way so you have free run through Ill never know.
