I always felt Moyes was always working with a hand behind his back here. Will always wonder what he could have done with Mosh's money. And without Brands insisting on making the signings! In what universe is David Moyes taking West Ham to Europe playing expansive, attacking football whilst we're as crap as ever?
"All fans must wear ball gags for health and safety reasons."The single most important factor in West Ham’s improvement this season is the absence of their fans. On the managers back, the players backs and the boards backs non stop. Gold, Sullivan and Brady must be working on a way to keep that hell hole of a stadium free of them for at least the next five years.

You don’t have a hell hole of a stadium. What's gone wrong for us?
I was thinking more of the Toxic Goodison shouts. You don’t have a hell hole of a stadium.
As a Palace fan it wouldn’t be right to comment. I’ve been to Goodison when it’s been absolutely rocking and I’ve been when Rooney (first time around) was getting dogs abuse from a few after 10 minutes. No different to anywhere in my experience.I was thinking more of the Toxic Goodison shouts.
I haven't been in the UK season time for years. I can only go on the posts here of the lads that do. So many posts over the last few that have talked about the toxic atmosphere so this season with an empty stadium the lack of a crowd should theoretically been of benefit. Early doors lots posting that Keane's upturned form was because of it. Appears not.As a Palace fan it wouldn’t be right to comment. Everton are historically are very successful club having a horrible long barren run while the classless media darlings across the park can do no wrong. Frustration is not surprising but in my opinion justified. Not so at West Ham where delusion rules..I haven't been in the UK season time for years. Sadly we rely on our history to claim to being a big club, the world has turned now it's about this season only, ask ex European cup winners Forest and Villa.Dug out some old season highlights DVDs the other day,the last couple with us Moyse had us playing some good stuff and so if Ferdinand and Co hadn't sabotaged him at United he could well have had success there.Everton are historically are very successful club having a horrible long barren run while the classless media darlings across the park can do no wrong. What makes clubs “Big” imo is a trophy laden history. I don’t consider either Forest or Villa to be “Big” even though both had sort periods of great success.Sadly we rely on our history to claim to being a big club, the world has turned now it's about this season only, ask ex European cup winners Forest and Villa.
Nice blip to have though, wish we could have oneI would almost bet my house on this being a blip and not what it's going to be season after season.
