There's no way West Ham fans are having Benitez in to salvage their season.

Has relegation and near relegation on his CV (Newcastle and Everton).

But if some people still hang on his glory years...
And there should be no way Everton fans are having Moyes in to salvage ours.

He also has relegation and near relegation on his CV (Sunderland, West Ham and Everton).

And some people still hang on his glory years too (except that his amounted to a solitary Charity Shield unlike Benitez's Champions League, Europa League and La Liga).

We used to be a much bigger club than West Ham. Now, we seem to be interested in their discards.

He's a Bottler, always was - we've got this

Everything is panning out, just as every sane Evertonian knew it would.

He`s fine at galvanising a struggling team and signing the right players to fit that model, however, the moment he starts to move upwards and away from that, he can`t progress and starts to go backwards.

This was the season, that West Ham, where supposed to kick on and he was given proper money to spend and it`s all crashed and burned again.

That being then, this being now and We being Le Ev. You still have that feeling of existential dread nagging at the back of your mind - how will we manage to snatch Defeat from the Jaws of Victory yet again.

It's come to a pretty pass when a chap can't even 100% depend on Moyes to bottle things...he never had any trouble when he was with us.

Strange days Indeed.

That's how a real club rolls, checks who they are playing against next and then goes and buys a Danny Ings shaped chunk of kryptonite to kill us with the day before.

...Who am I kidding they would have won anyhow.

Can he even claim the charity shield seeing as he didnt do the work that got them there in the first place?

This is good, Ings already injured and out for a few weeks.
There next league is away at Newcastle, followed by Chelsea home and Spurs away, be good for him to miss at least two, they could easily get zip from them match ups
