2024/25 David Moyes

No, I want a win tomorrow.

But Moyes will come under MASSIVE pressure if we get beat.

That's just fact.
I haven't said two games. I've said the owners would have to be looking at replacement in readiness for sacking him.
Here you go Dave I was responding to this post where you have clearly stated after what will be his second game if we lose he will clearly be under MASSIVE pressure and I'm disagreeing with you, you may think that but the majority will cut him more slack.

Brilliant post. But let's not kind ourselves, Doucoure is just one of many who aren't anywhere near good enough. We are on the verge of nothing but relegation; the entire squad needs gutting.

Gueye, Mykolenko, Young, Harrison and DCL are all among the most limited with the ball at their feet in the league and alongside Doucoure they started on Wednesday night.

Unfortunately we have to play someone lol
But its been posted on here a few times recently by people. Only Everton could play doucoure Everton in a number 10 role. Just to really ram home how bad this club is. We put one of the most technically awkward players ive ever seen in a position thats meant to link guile and creativity 🤣

There's no contradiction there. How is saying he'll come under massive pressure with a loss to Spurs the same as saying he should be sacked after 2 games?

i think doucs is binned tomorrow

he’s atm just wasting a man for us

No he won't Dave, 2 games in with the squad he's been left to work with.
Saying two games in doesn't do it justice. Sounds like he's here 3 weeks.

Not here a week yet. And has two games in couple of days. Probably doesn't know all the players names yet.

When he gets a few players in and here a month so then we can start conjuring up minor criticisms.

If Dave liked the man in charge he would be telling us all we can't start judging until after the summer window and only by Christmas.

He is not going to come under massive pressure after just 2 games mate. They haven't even brought him in any new players yet. He is still using the same donkeys your mate had that got him 3 wins out of 19. Gonna take a bit of time for any Manager to change things around but yes a win would be freaking awesome and much needed.

Dave go back and have a look, I responded to your post reference him coming under pressure and you've answered me referencing another of your posts.
Yes, I read your initial post where you state that given the squad left to him he wouldn't come under pressure to get results quickly.

And I disagree with that and still do. I think he comes under pressure for sure with 2 losses in 2 home games. And any owner interested in their investment will most definitely be doing maneuverers in the background looking to get a Plan B together.

I cant see what the controversy is in what I said. It's on the money.

Only people who believe Moyes is fireproof for the next few months are being unrealistic.

Dont get me wrong: I'm 100% hoping he can do the job. I've said before I'm not going to cut my nose off to spite my face; this is the club's future we're talking about. However, I dont see Moyes doing any better job than Dyche could have done...and I suspect he'll do a worse job than Dyche.

No manager is bigger than this club and if Moyes has us cemented in the relegation spots he's toast. For sure.
