So Benitez, who attacked our club on many occasions, was steadfastly supported by you, despite being perhaps the worst Everton manager I've seen in over 60 years as a blue. It's absolute nonsense, Davek just loves winding people up. I don't know why people take the bait. It's been the same for years across a whole range of different issues.

• Told Everton supporters they were wrong to protest against Kewnright's control and he was the best thing for the club
• Denied access to Finch Farm to Howard Kendall
• Stabbed the club in the back when he went to United and DEMANDED we allow our players to leave the club

You mean those years where we were generally much more successful than we have been for the last decade? Fine by me

So many of our problems have come from recruiting crap players for big money, now were complaining about someone trying to make sure we get value
