What we're facing

Michael Keane ?
Dominic Calvert-Lewin ?
Gana Gueye ?
Doucoure ?

This is where the money has gone, outlays (sometimes big fees) and then for whatever reason allowed to leave on frees. Some big numbers in there. Couple of players included from the academy that played enough to be considered worth something based on appearance numbers alone...
Never should've let free agent go on a free, cracking player him.

You're not wrong though, our ability to sell players pre Thelwell in particular was horrendous. So glad the likes of Keane and Holgate will finally leave us and stop picking up absurd wages for their very limited abilities.

I had wrongly involved Andros Townsend and fell on the f-a scheme at the same time, so revised it. It hurt a lot to filter Schneiderlin and Allan out for instance.

  • Humiliated Kendall
  • Berated fans trying to get Kenwright out and stood guard over him
  • Told Everton if we knew what was best for our players we'd let them go to his Man Utd

If you think that's ever forgotten or forgiven...and not just by me...you can think again.

He takes that with him and carries it round with him forever as far as I'm concerned. That's his baggage. You want to forget that, that's your choice.
He also plays fast and loose with the first person plural possessive adjective don't forget.

I mean "Wor" huh?

What is it good for?

Need to try and keep JB for as long as possible.

I understand the need to generate funds via player trading, and that will have to become a feature of transfer policy, but I don't think we can get maximum value for him yet.

He will surely break into the national setup soon, and that will add to his value too.

Sell players yes when we need to, but be as hard nosed as possible about it.
Totally agree Bri but if we rate Branthwaite as a £90 million generational talent player then we need to pay him accordingly.

Can you see us paying him in excess of £200 k per week?

Been saying it for a while now, always thought we had PSR work to do this financial year.

Dyche and his staff’s compo wouldn’t have helped either.
Prob have abit but with new shirt sponsor stadium aswell could help massively. Dont think is going be a crazy summer that we can go to any price but will have rooM to apend more that we have

2/3 places higher up the league pays dyche and his 2 cronies
2 ways of looking at it, glass empty or half full. Half empty and we need to sell someone and won’t have much to spend,
Or it could be a small Payment and Moyes is also getting it out there we won’t have fortunes to spend, so teams don’t see us as a cash cow with new owners

It's only what was due as such, they were up in May with a few others. Won't be the martinez fiasco of paying him up for the remaining 3 years was it? Whilst he went and earned as an international manager (thereby not breaching his club job contract).
