2024/25 David Moyes

Whenever i read that on here i just go pfft. Couldnt miss the point more if they tried.
It does make me laugh people going on like we werent one of those woeful sides with an awful manager. We were 1 point above them lol
Why some think we were just going to pull away from them lord knows. We were showing no signs of it.

If Dyche hadn`t left, we`d still be playing for draws, still playing Ashley Young at RB and we`d still be lumping the ball up to an isolated striker.

Only the last remaining three members of the Dyche fan club, had any confidence that we were staying up.

Let`s face it, Southampton, the team with the quickest relegation in the history of the Premier League, beat us twice.

Prior to Dyche manufacturing his exit, we were 100% one of the worst teams in the league.

At the time of his sacking Everton had won 3 games. Ipswich had won 3 games.
There's a possibility the relegation fight wouldnt be over right now if Dyche was still here.
We were as woeful as the sides people are calling woeful.

All of that is completely unrealistic given that we were only 3 points behind the total Ipswich have now when he was sacked

Listen I am not saying Dyche should have stayed, he should have gone quite clearly, but the idea he would have us well clear of relegation, even if it was due to the ineptitude of the bottom three is perfectly sound.

Who knows how much worse it would have got under Dyche. We were coming out of games with 0 shots on the opposition goal.
We might have only been a few points above them right now considering how badly we were performing. The only thing we would have missed out on would have been all the Dyche supporters telling us how good he was doing with whats available. Something we now know was a load of codswallop.
