Loved unsworth, had his name on my first Everton strip but new DOF and a good time for him to go.

I think this could be a positive development for the youth setup. Even though unsworth was a devoted blue I felt the football tactics he employed were a little archaic. So hopefully Bill doesn't intercede and we end up with another nepotism hire like "we welcome new under 23s manager Leon Osman"

Don’t all top clubs managers make sure that the U23s and youth team play the same system as the first team? This way they get familiar with the system and when promoted to the first team (if good enough) the transition becomes easier.

Well we keep changing manager so it's doesn't work for us
