I think he is a great player defoe i mean he hardly got a look in last season at spurs and got 18 goals if we did sign him he would play more for us and i believe get a lot of goals but i can,t see it happening and i would rather us spend what money we have got getting in a midfielder and a left winger.

There is something about Defoe that doesnt sit right, he's not a bad player but I agree with soem that AJ is too similar- I would much rather have a Nugent or a smith.
