As a Spurs fan one of the things that has been the most frustrating about Dele in the last few years is how slow he's been on the ball. He slowed down a lot of our attacks and would spend too long on the ball to then just end up passing it to the side or backwards. I think the less time he has to think about what he's doing the better. If you could find a role where he could play a bit more instinctively and be able to make a lot of runs off the ball into the box it would be really interesting to see if the old Dele would start creeping back

Just watched that and was going to post it. Technically he has a point. Donny had a few managers who havnt played him but I’ll contrast that with the da t a few Utd players probably have a must play in their contracts.
On Dele Alli, what he says is also true that for 2 years he been AWOL. Should Frank get the best out of him we got a world class player.. just if he can.

I don’t watch anyone bar Everton really but I remember a few years Back him and Kane where ripping it up..What happened to him?
I remember watching that game and thinking he was terrible. That square pass to Kane when they were 2 on 1 with Allison was tragic.
