It’s less of what he said being directly racist and more of the fact that young black lads especially seem to get unnecessary criticism for normal things like wearing clothes or spending money that other players don’t.

He was a player who at one point was boss and one of the best young players in Europe, he lost his way after Pochettino left Spurs, he's a quality player who is still only 25 and he's now playing for a manager who he looks up to.
