I can’t see where Alli would fit in the team atm, we need to get safe then Frank can start to set us up the way he wants, the Alli could be involved much more. It would be great to be safe with 2 games remaining then he can give others a go.

I think Frank has worked out the best workers that will dig in a fight, I’m not sure he can trust Alli to do that also Dom has been left out so you wonder how much he would be up for it. It’s all needs must atm get the points we need then Frank can experiment.
If the news around him is correct he is going to cost £40 million, a player who is worth that much is the complete article, at the moment Deli is a gamble, there are clubs who can take a chance on a player for £40 million, we are no longer one of those clubs.

We will need players that work hard next season too though. No half decent team carries players that don’t work hard, it’s not something that only crap limited players do which seems to be a weird train of thought that people have.

I think they know he's finished, and just wanted him off the wage bill above all else.
I suppose the payment triggers are a nice backup to have on the off chance that they're wrong and he turns it around.

I just wonder with Alli that he was available and Frank wanted him here but not necessarily when we had the chance, but would he have been available to us in the summer, who knows so I’m hoping he was brought in early to be ready for next season.

In my view, this fella needs to be high on the list of immediate departures from the club come Sunday week. It's a long list, but the clearout has to be ruthless.
